The Dunes is a gated condo complex with deeded beach access in the quiet part of Fort Morgan & Gulf Shores. The beach access is limited to two condo complexes and a small pocket of homes. This offers longs stretches of beach to enjoy with lots of privacy. From the condo, it is a two to three minute walk to the beach. The complex also includes an indoor pool with a hot tub, outdoor pool, and exercise room.
Dunes #405 is a one-bedroom unit with two full bathrooms that also includes a bunk bed alcove. In addition, there is a new sleeper sofa in the living allowing for up to 6 guests. There is a fully functional kitchen with all of the appliances, cookware and utensils needed to meet your cooking needs.

Brian and Kathy recently purchased this unit (December 2022). We live in the Nashville, TN area and plan to visit the property several times a year, but look forward to providing a great guest experience when not there. We have owned another property for several years in Bradenton, FL. We make ourselves available to our guests to make sure you have an enjoyable vacation/stay from the moment of booking to post departure. The Dunes condo has all of the amenities you could ask for - indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, and a workout room. The walk to the beach is three to four minutes. In addition, we take a lot of pride and make the effort in keeping our unit updated and clean.

Anniversary Trip Great condo just a 3-4 minute walk to the beach. There is also parking closer to the beach if you don’t want to walk. It could fill up at a busy time, but was always available for us. Awesome views and good size balcony. Nice updates to the kitchen and living room area. Brian was very responsive and checked on us the day there were strong storms in the area. He was quick to reply and give suggestions, even early in the booking process. We would highly recommend this listing.
Beautiful condo, terrific location This is a beautiful, well organized, comfortable condo with a gorgeous view and easy access to the beach! Communication with the owners was quick and helpful, and the condo had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, kitchen is gorgeous. It's about 3/10 mile walk to the beach, and the pool is great too. Really loved having 2 bathrooms, plus a washer/dryer. We hope to return one day, and highly recommend this property. Thank you!!!
Absolutely amazing condo at a pretty location Love the condo, and the location. It was clean, fully equipped, very pretty view and the host was very helpful and quick in response when we asked quesitons. We'll come again!

Loved this condo at the DUNES!!!! Just returned from Fort Morgan and LOVED our week at the Dunes! This condo was absolutely perfect for our small group of three!!! It had everything we needed for a perfect week! The beach was just a short, walk away! The kitchen was well stocked, and there was nothing that we needed to bring along! The beautiful view of the ocean is great to wake up to every morning! Everything was freshly redone, and extremely clean! The maintenance crew did a wonderful job, keeping the property fresh and clean! The pool was a perfect temperature, and never crowded! Our condo owner was very helpful with anything that we needed! We will definitely be back because this condo met all of our needs and priced right for a small group!!!
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days before the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days before the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

The check-in time is 4 PM, but if you need to arrive earlier, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We may be able to accommodate an early check-in, depending on our reservations and cleaning schedule, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. If you have not arranged for an early check-in, please do not arrive before 4 PM as access to the door will not be available until your arranged check-in time.
The check-out time is 10 AM, and we request that you leave promptly to allow us enough time to prepare for the next guests. If you need a late check-out, please inform us at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure, and we will try to accommodate your request, depending on availability and cleaning schedule, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. You have a 30-minute grace period to check out. If you haven't arranged for a late check-out and you're still on the property after the grace period, you will be charged $50, plus an additional $50 for every hour after the check-out time. If the property is not vacated by noon, you will be charged a fee equivalent to one day's rental.
